Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All Glowfolk Supply products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping. Standard shipping within the US generally takes an additional 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is usually 7–14 business days from the date of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We are working on expanding our shipping destinations. Check back soon for updates on international availability.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our store.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are made to order, we begin production quickly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer store credit for eligible issues (damage, defects, misprints). Store credit can be applied to any future purchase at Glowfolk Supply.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors. If you have questions about fit before you buy, reach out to us and we'll help you choose the right size.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do your products run true to size?

Sizing can vary slightly by product and style. Always refer to the individual product's size chart for the most accurate fit guidance.
